The article that created this blog....

Celebrate You!

With all the cloning going on these days, we seem to have disengaged with our individual traits and personal qualities. Wouldn’t it be nice, to get back in touch with our own source and express a little of that?

You truly are unique, there is only one of you and when you consider the uniqueness of your teensy body cells, individual thoughts, dna, memories, talents, people, and all the things or places that only you have viewed, experienced, been, felt, smelled, heard, tasted – “you” would be extremely difficult to duplicate.

How about declaring a “you” day, just because you can? You could celebrate it in reality and invite friends to participate, or you could post your ideas for your day on a blog, alternatively, you could simply imagine such a day. Whatever way you choose to celebrate it, I would recommend to at very least plan the day as you would a vacation or a party. Get it all down on paper or a display. I’m sure it will be something that will raise your energy each time you remember it or see the display.

Here are a few initial ideas for my party on International Thea Day.

Tiaras or Akubra hats would be the headdress for the day. Clothing would be flowing, very hippie in style and extremely comfortable plus very colorful – definitely a mix of unusual colors and a minimum of fifteen different colors worn by everyone.

Food would be more savory than sweet. Indian, Lebanese, Thai, Vietnamese and Italian cuisine would dominate a smorgasbord style table.

The music would be high energy and inspiring such as Affirmation by Savage Garden or I Wish I Was A Punk Rocker by Sandi Thom.

The event would be in a huge native garden with lounge suites and Jacuzzi hot tubs scattered all over the yard where friends could congregate and engage in fun, light, philosophical and creative conversations. No ideas are perceived too weird by anyone. It is a day of freedom to explore new ideas and have fun with them. In fact, at least ten new global projects, that bring joy to large communities, would be a fall out of the day.

There would also be extremely high speed laptop computers plugged into the internet, scattered all over the garden. That way if anyone wanted to expand on a brilliant idea by getting more information, wanted to quickly record it on the International Thea Day blog so that it wouldn’t be forgotten, or needed to get in touch with someone to ask their input, they could do it there and then.

Overhead would be zeppelin balloons and blimps displaying in large letters all of my most favorite and empowering quotes. Naturally, the evening would end with champagne, chocolate and a lengthy, huge fireworks display.

Everyone would go home with a copy of my three currently favorite books Psycho-Cybernetics by Maxwell Maltz, Infinite Self: 33 Steps to Reclaiming Your Inner Power by Stuart Wilde and A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose by Eckhart Tolle, plus of course a copy of The Secret DVD.

The gifts that my friends give me on the day are, online tools that would wildly increase the number of high quality, loyal subscribers to my Triggers ezine and my daily Forward Steps notes.

Every person at the party would be provided their own personal concierge for the day. Their concierge would have access to unlimited funds and resources to bring my guests anything that they asked to have.

I guess I could go on and on with this creativity flow of a grand day in honor of me. Now it’s your turn….

You could really go to town with this and so I’ve decided to set up a quick blog where you could jot down your thoughts or respond to other unique, individual’s ideas.
Come back as often as you like whenever you think a new thought to contribute.

Feel free to share this article, as long as you include the Celebrate You blog link and the short bio., below. Have fun with this!
